Terms and conditions:

1. Anyone who presents the first and second pages (signed) of the Sunny House licence agreement can enjoy a 35% discount at the San Po Kong District branch of SC Storage, and free one-way move in transportation discount for prepayment of 6 months or more.
2. Customers must present the first and second pages (signed) of the Sunny House licence agreement to the SC Storage’s customer service for verification. SC Storage reserves the right to copy the certificate for record keeping.
3. The supply of mini storage is limited, first come first served.
4. The license fee must be paid in advance for 6 months or more to enjoy the one-way free move in transportation discount, and the license fee paid in advance is not refundable.
5. After the discount ends, the warehouse price will return to the current regular price.
6. The discount is only applicable to new customers. It is not applicable to existing customers and renewal customers of SC Storage.
7. Customers must sign a storage license agreement with SC Storage and pay a two-month regular price deposit and smart card fee.
8. This offer is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Each person and each warehouse can only use the discount once and cannot use it repeatedly.
10. This offer is only applicable to selecting 1 storage unit.
