宇星國際退租通知

本宿舍現通知各同學，宇星國際將於2025年6月30日正式退租日新舍3/F單位。

如同學現正接受宇星國際提供的教育服務，請與宇星國際聯絡，商討之後的安排事宜。

另外，本宿舍亦希望在此聲明，宇星國際僅為本舍租客，其住宿托管、升學及補習等教育服務皆與本舍無關。

Universal Star Education Removal Notice

We would like to inform all students that Universal Star International Education Group Limited will officially terminate its lease of the 3rd Floor unit at Sunny House on June 30, 2025.

If you are currently receiving educational services from Universal Star International Education Group Limited, please contact them directly to discuss your future arrangements.

We would also like to clarify that Universal Star International Education Group Limited is an independent tenant of Sunny House. All services related to accommodation management, academic advancement, and tutoring are not affiliated with Sunny House.
