Changes in Agreement

  • 01Who should I contact if there are any changes to my move-in date after signing the agreement?

    Please contact our leasing consultants as soon as possible and let us make the latest arrangements for you. We will reply from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, closed on public holidays.

  • 02Can I change the room type during the agreement period?

    Yes, but everything is subject to the availability of rooms at that time. The room type you change must be a higher category than the room type originally assigned. Each room change requires a room change fee and additional administrative fees. We will also charge a room fee based on the proportion of the number of days in the two rooms for room change.

  • 03Can I sublet my room privately?

    No, the agreement does not allow any subletting without consent. Once we discover that a guest has sublet a room without permission, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the agreement and initiate legal action.

  • 04What happens if I want to cancel the agreement before check-in?

    If you want to cancel the agreement before moving in, please note that all deposits you have paid (including security deposits and licence fees) will not be returned. Please notify our leasing consultants as soon as possible to handle the cancellation matter.

Agreement Renewal

  • 01How do I renew my agreement?

    We generally accept reservations for annual plan renewals for the next academic year (which starts in mid-August of the same year) from early February to the end of March each year.

  • 02How do I determine the new licence fee after renewal when the old agreement ends?

Check Out Procedure

  • 01What should I pay attention to when checking out?

    Before checking out, tenants are required to restore the original settings of the room, move out personal belongings and collect trash. We will check the room (including walls, furniture, appliances, etc.) before check-out. If there is any damage or loss, part of the tenant's deposit will be deducted. Any personal items left in the room or shared facilities will be treated as abandoned without prior notice. All garbage disposal fees, cleaning fees and fees for picking up leftover items will be borne by the tenants. In addition, any relevant fees that the tenant has not yet paid during the agreement period will also be directly deducted from the deposit.

    If the room is in good condition, your deposit will be returned to you without interest within one month after returning the room. Please note that if the deposit needs to be returned to an account outside Hong Kong, the tenant must bear the handling fees incurred by the bank or payment system.
