Terms and conditions:

1. Anyone who presents the room card/the first and second pages (signed) of the Sunny House licence agreement of the Sunny House can enjoy a 40 % discount at the San Po Kong District branch of SC Storage.

2. Customers must present the room card/the first and second pages (signed) of the Sunny House licence agreement of the Sunny House to the SC Storage’s customer service for verification. SC Storage reserves the right to copy the room card/signed licence agreement for record keeping.

3. The supply of mini storage is limited, first come first served.

4. After the discount ends, the warehouse price will return to the current regular price.

5. The discount is only applicable to new customers. It is not applicable to existing customers and renewal customers of SC Storage.

6. Customers must sign a storage license agreement with SC Storage and pay a two-month regular price deposit and smart card fee.

7.This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Each person and each warehouse can only use the discount once and cannot use it repeatedly.

9. This offer is only applicable to selecting 1 storage unit.

10.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
