1. Subscription Overview
● This service provides fruit delivery within the dormitory, offering three varieties of fresh seasonal fruit each week, with a total weight of approximately 1-1.2 kilograms, designed for weekly consumption.
● The fruit is carefully selected and packaged to ensure freshness and quality with each delivery.
● The subscription plan is open for ongoing subscriptions but does not include the summer vacation period (June to August), during which delivery and subscription services will be suspended.
2. Subscription Plans
● Monthly Plan: The monthly subscription fee is HKD 299. No contract is required*.
● Quarterly Plan: The quarterly subscription fee is HKD 807, which averages to HKD 269 per month. Subscribers must complete the first month of subscription* .
Subscriptions must be completed and paid before the 1st of each month. Subscriptions made between the 1st and 15th of the month will begin delivery within the same month. Subscriptions made on or after the 16th will start delivery the following month, with billing applied to the following month.

● We are committed to delivering high-quality fruit; however, natural variations in size, color, and taste are to be expected. Minor flaws or imperfections that occur naturally and are not the result of manual handling should be considered normal.
● If a subscriber receives a product that they believe is defective or unsatisfactory and the damage is not due to normal imperfections, they must notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
● Monthly Plan: No contract is required. No refunds will be provided.
● Quarterly Plan: You must complete the first month of the subscription. If you wish to cancel, you can apply starting from the second month, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 14 business days. The first month’s fee is non-refundable.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal information is used solely for order processing and service improvement, and is protected in accordance with the company’s privacy policy. For detailed privacy policy information, please refer to our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from participation in this plan. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company will not be liable for any losses caused by product delivery delays or other force majeure events.

This plan is specifically designed for students residing at Sunny House, and services are only available in this area.
10. Subscription Period
The subscription plan does not include the summer vacation period (June to August). Delivery and subscription services will be suspended during the summer vacation and will automatically resume at the beginning of the new school term.
11. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, Sunny House and TGT reserve the right to make the final decision.
