Sunny House recently set up a pickleball net, bringing this trendy sport – which has taken New York by storm – right to our doorstep. To kick things off, we held two trial sessions for residents to be the first to give it a go.

Hosted by a professional coach, the sessions started with the basics – and within just 15 minutes, everyone had picked up the fundamentals. Rackets and balls were provided – all students needed to bring were their sportswear.

The doubles format encouraged plenty of interaction, and the lively atmosphere on the sidelines made it just as fun to watch as it was to play. With the colorful court and all those powerful swings, it quickly became a favorite spot for photos too.

Missed the trials? Don't worry – the court is now open for regular use. Grab your friends and come play anytime!
